Abstract

research aim to identify the effectiveness of a training program to reduce sleep disorders and improve self-management for a sample of university students. For this purpose, the researcher followed the experimental approach, with a sample of (20) female students from the Girls’ College of Arts, Sciences and Education / Ain Shams University; For those whose average age was (21.65) years, and standard deviation (1.58), during the academic year (2020/2021), the Sleep Disorders Scale for female university students was applied to them. Prepared/researcher, a scale of self-management for university students. Prepared/researcher, level form (social/cultural). Preparation/researcher, and the training program to reduce sleep disturbances, and improve self-management among university students. Prepared/researcher The results indicated the effectiveness of the program in reducing sleep disorders and improving self-management, and these results were interpreted within the framework of the previous psychological heritage, and previous studies and research. self; A set of research proposals were also presented within the framework of the results.
