An electronic questionnaire was developed and applied to a simple random sample. The scale questionnaire was sent to all research population subjects only (179) responded. Subject to these findings, there were no statistically significant differences in the level of Quality of Work-life (QWL) of the sample subjects attributed to Educational qualification specialization and years of experience variables. The study recommended to take actions to work on improving the level of Quality of Work-life (QWL) in general and on improving Work Environment and active involvement of female Student Advisors in decision making, in particular.
