School Climate and its Relationship to Work Motivation for Secondary School Teachers in the Administration of Sabia Education

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the correlation between school climate and work motivation among secondary school teachers affiliated to the Sabya Education Department according to the dimensions of school climate (leadership style, female teachers’ motivation), and to reveal the statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the research sample on the correlation between school climate and motivation. Towards their work is attributed to the categorical variables (Education Office, number of years of service, and obtaining the qualification course for the new teacher), and the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was a tool for collecting data from the sample of (300) who were chosen in a simple random way, and the results indicated that High school teachers’ estimations of the reality of the school climate and the motivation towards work, in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample members about the total degree of the school climate and its sub-dimensions, according to the variable of obtaining a new teacher qualification course, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses The sample members about the total degree of school climate and the motivation sub-dimension according to the variable of the education office in favor of the faculty There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the sample members about the total degree of the reality of the motivation towards work and the sub-dimensions of the female teachers
