Abstract

This reaserch aimed to reveal the effect of the color cues in the interactive video on developing female student teachers skill of performance and visual thinking. Of (31) female student of the third educational year, Department of Chemistry Arabic, Faculty of Girls, Ain Shams University, and the use of the experimental design known as the one-group design with pre and post measurement, the research experiment was conducted, and the appropriate statistical treatment methods were applied using the SPSS program (V.20). The results of the research concluded that there are statistically significant differences in the cognitive aspect and performance skills of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, the Discovery Education database and the Dar Al-Manthuma database, in favor of the post-application of the achievement test, visual thinking test, observation cards and product evaluation, in addition to that the research sample achieved, larger effect size. From (.14) in the cognitive aspect, performance skills and visual thinking of the female student teachers. Finally, the researchers recommended the use of color cues in the interactive video to develop the performance skills and visual thinking of the student teachers.
