Abstract

The aim of the research is to verify a relationship between cognitive abnormalities and cognitive perception anxiety, and to reveal the effectiveness of a training program based on Beck's cognitive theory to modify cognitive abnormalities to reduce anxiety for cognitive perception of female university students. The research sample included a reconnaissance group of (100) students in the second class in the department of psychology at the Faculty of Girls Ain Shams, to verify the sequometry characteristics of the study tools, and the descriptive research group, which amounted to (150) students to detect About the relationship between cognitive abnormalities and cognitive perception anxiety, and included the two experimental research groups consisting of (50) students from the descriptive study sample who received high scores on my scale (cognitive abnormalities and cognitive perception anxiety), They were divided into two groups (experimental and officer) of 25 students per group. To achieve the objectives of research and then use the tools: the measure of cognitive abnormalities of university students, the measure of cognitive perception anxiety of university students, the social and cultural level form of the family.
