The Social Responsibility of “ Misr El Khair” Foundation As Reflected in Its Facebook Page "An Analytical Study"

Abstract

This study came to reveal the extent to which the Misr El Kheir Foundation uses social media to disseminate and promote its social responsibility programs in a way that achieves its objectives. As a basic tool for analyzing the materials published on the Facebook page of the Misr El Kheir Foundation - the subject of the study - the analysis sample included (292) publications, during the time period from January 1/1/ 2021 to June 30/6/2021, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: - Showing the Foundation's keenness and interest in placing and clarifying information about its history, vision and mission on the Facebook page, in addition to the fact that the Foundation uses Facebook pages in order to introduce its target audience of volunteers and donors to the activities and services it provides, in addition to urging them to volunteer, collect donations and obtain funding to implement the projects and services it provides In addition to the importance of social media - through the application on Facebook - as an essential tool for informing the public of the institution's news and activities, and strengthening trust with the public through publication. Continuing the activities of the institution, its objectives, and displaying live models for the beneficiaries of the service.
