Family climate and its relationship to cyber bullying among high school students

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to reveal the relationship between the family climate and cyber bullying among high school students,and to reveal the significance of difference between males and females in cyber bullying, the research used the comparative descriptive approach to achieve the research objectives, and the basic research sample was in (300) students of the third grade secondary school, where the family climate scale (preparated by the researcher) and the cyber bullying scale (translated and preparated by the researcher) were applied, and a set of results was reached, there is a positive correlation between the family climate and cyber bullying among high school students, and that there were statistically significant differences between the sexes in the level of cyber bullying in the direction of (female), and the level of cyber bullying among high school students was high, The findings also found that, the family climate prevailing among cyber bullies is an abnormal family climate.
