This research aims to study the present tense verb in its three cases (indicative, subjunctive and Jussive) between the Arabic and Spanish languages by applying to verses from the Holy Qur’an, and its translations into Spanish, among them, I chose three translations (Melara navío, Julio Cortés and Isa García), with an explanation of the similarities and differences in the use of this tense between the two languages, and how to mutually benefit between them, using the comparative analytical descriptive method.The research concluded - among its findings - that there is no problem in translating the present nominative verb. As for the subjunctive present tense in Arabic, it is like its counterpart in Spanish (el subjuntivo) indicating the possibility of an event only and hope without confirmation. And that the use of the (Masdar Mo´awal) differs between the two languages. In Arabic, it is according to the purpose of the speaker and the intended meaning, and in Spanish, it is according to the union of the subject or its plurality.The researcher recommends re-reading translations of the meanings of the Noble Qur’an by specialists in both languages.
