Using the obstetric learning model to develop pure concepts and some analytical thinking skills in al-Azhar high school students

Abstract

The research aimed to reveal generative learning model usage to develop morphological concepts and some analytical thinking skills Al-Azhar secondary school students, the researcher selected first year literary secondary students (72) as a sample divided into two groups: Experimental (37), Control (35), concerning theoretical framework, the descriptive approach was followed, concerning research experiment and controlling its variables, the quasi-experimental approach was followed, the research concluded that there were statistically significant differences between mean scores of experimental and control groups in post application to test all morphological concepts and each separately in favor of experimental, there were statistically significant differences between mean scores of experimental in Pre /Post applications to test all morphological concepts and each separately in favor of post application, there were statistically significant differences between mean scores of experimental and scores of control group in post application of all analytical thinking test and each skill separately in favor of experimental, there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of experimental in all Pre and Post applications of the analytical thinking test and each skill separately in favor of post application, the research recommended the necessity of training Arabic language teachers before and on-service to employ the generative learning model in teaching morphology with designing appropriate educational activities, and how to create the appropriate classroom environment for its implementation.
