The development of love and tolerance to reduce the degree of violence

Abstract

The research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a training program to develop love and tolerance among secondary school students to reduce the degree of violence. The research sample consisted of: The exploratory sample consisted of (80) high school students from the Libyan Bright Star School in the second grade and a group of (20) students of secondary school students, and it was divided into two groups: the experimental group, which consisted of (10) Students, and a control group consisting of (10) students, and tools were used for research, namely: the love scale (prepared by Najia Rahuma Al-Baseer, 2018, modified by researchers), tolerance scale (prepared by Taha Matar Al-Shamri, 2018, modified by researchers), violence scale (prepared by Amal Musa Hammadi). (2017, modified by researchers), the social and cultural level of the family form (prepared by researchers), a training program for the development of love and tolerance to reduce the degree of violence (prepared by researchers). The results showed the effectiveness of the training program for the development of love and tolerance to reduce the degree of violence among secondary school students, and the continuation of the effectiveness of the training program for the development of love and tolerance to reduce the degree of violence among secondary school students.
