The Relationship between Psychological Resilience and Professional pressures among special Education’s Teachers

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to study the relationship between psychological resilience and professional pressures among special education teachers, and in order to achieve the goal of the research, the relational descriptive method was used on a sample of (50) teachers from special education teachers from the Al-Noor School for the Blind and the School of Intellectual Education for the Deaf and Dumb. By preparing the Psychological Resilience Scale, and using the Occupational Stress Scale prepared by (Faraj Taha, Mr. Ragheb, 2010). He also applied the measures to the research sample. The results concluded that there is a strong and negative correlation between the degree of psychological resilience and professional pressures among teachers of both sexes, as indicated The results also indicate that there are differences in psychological resilience attributable to the gender variable, in favor of male teachers, while there are no differences in the level of professional pressure attributable to the gender variable, and based on these results, the researcher made some recommendations and suggestions for other future studies.
