Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop the mental skills of female students, teachers of psychology, through a program based on the theory of cognitive burden, and to achieve this goal, two experimental treatment subjects were prepared, which included (the program based on the theory of cognitive burden and the teacher's guide), and the measurement tool, which was the skills test The research sample consisted of (60) female students, psychology teachers in the second division of the Girls' College, Ain Shams University, and the two-group quasi-experimental approach was followed, where the sample was divided into an experimental group of (30) students, and a control group of (30) A student, and the results showed a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (01.) between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group students in the post application of the mental skills test for the benefit of the experimental group, and the research recommended the necessity of enriching the curricula at different levels and educational levels with educational activities and training The occasion that helps to develop their mental skills and enables them to summarize and organize information in a way that helps them to process and store information and create a coherent and complete knowledge building Ask.
