Summary Thesis title: The development of a unit in the subject of philosophy using the mind maps affects the positive thinking of high school student's mind. The vision: to develop a certain unit in the subject of philosophy using the mind maps show it's positive effect on high school student's mind. The study conducted (47) female student from Smbiat Abiola secondary school, East Nasr City Administration, Cairo. The researcher used the following tools (Researcher preparation): 1- Preparing a guide for teachers using mind maps for human and life. 2- Prepare the student's book using unit of philosophy and life using mind maps. 3- Prepare List for selected positive thinking skills. 4- Academic Achievement Test. 5- Positive thinking skills test. The result of the study indicates the following: 1. There is difference between Statistical indications and the average score of positive thinking test for post-application skills. 2. There is statistically significant difference between the average grades of positive thinking test for post-application skills. 3. Consequently, development a unit in the subject of philosophy using the mind maps affects positive thinking of high school student's mind.
