Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop positive thinking skills as an entry point to improve the psychological resilience of high school students, and the study sample consisted of (60) high school students who were divided into two groups equally experimental and control, and the research was based on the experimental approach, and among the tools is the positive thinking scale, the preparation of Najia Arhuma and the Resilience Scale Psychological preparation was prepared by Shaima Al-Sharqawi, and the results of the study concluded that there are differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in favor of the post-measurement in positive thinking and psychological resilience and the presence of differences between the experimental and control group in positive thinking and psychological resilience in favor of the experimental group, and the absence of differences between the posterior and posterior measurements in positive thinking And psychological resilience.
