Study location : Faculty of Women for Arts, Science and Education, Ain Shams University.
Aim of study : The current study aims to reduce the symptoms of linguistic delay and improve social interaction skills among a sample of primary school students with language delays through behavior modification program.
Study sample : includes (10) linguistically late children in the elementary stage from Qalioubia Governorate, and they were divided into two groups, the trial group, including 5 children and the control group including 5 children.
Study methods : social and economic level from (prepared by/ Abdel Aziz Alshaks 2014), Stanford-Binnet Intelligence scale – 5th Edition (prepared by/ Mohamed Taha, Abd Elmawgod Abdelsamea and Mahmoud Elsayyed Abu Al-nile 2013), The Lnguage measure expressed for preschool children (prepared by/ Ahmed Abu Hassibah, 2013), Social inteteraction scale for children (prepared by the researcher), Behavior modification program (prepared by the researcher).
Study results : Results of the study revealed the positive impact of the behavioural modification techniques program to reduce linguistic delay and improve social skills for primary school students and the results were interpreted and discussed in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies.
