Abstract

The development and progress of a society depends on reviewing all the factors that affect and contribute to its construction, and at the forefront of these factors is education as an activity aiming at building up and preparing future generations. Such an activity directed is serving the educational process.
The teacher is considered one of the main factors that greatly affect the preparation of community members, the formation of their minds and their personalities, and the inculcation and development of the desired values and attitudes. In order to become active individuals who contribute to the progress and development of the society, hence the importance of preparing and qualifying the teacher and providing him with continuous professional development opportunities, especially in the age of knowledge that is full of rapid successive developments and changes, and knowledge grows in an unprecedented way, which is witnessing a huge boom in the field of information technology and communications
Diverse educational supervision is a safety valve in the educational process, and as far as its efficiency is the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process, it is one of the important elements in the education system, and it is responsible for the quality in the educational system in all its dimensions, including the performance of teachers and students, and the curriculum with all its components
