The effectiveness of social networking sites for private associations in e-marketing

Abstract

Abstract :
This study sought to study electronic communication in eligibility and measure its effectiveness in reaching the target audience and communicating with him , highlighting the positives and negatives found in the electronic communication sites of these associations and their impact on their e-marketing . The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the communication patterns , as well as analyzing the media material presented on the Facebook of these associations and also revealing deficiencies in electronic communication with these associations .Therefore, the case study method was used , and the researcher used a questionnaire form and it was applied to a sample of the puplic participating with these associations , whether by donating volunteering or following them on Facebook , and the number of this sample was 400 individuals, and the sample of NGOs was 4 associations, they are : Risala Association For Charitable Activities , National Association for the Development and Development of Orphanages . Egyptian Food Bank , Association of Friends of the National Cancer Institute AFNCI ( 57357 Children’s Cancer Hospital as an example ) The researcher analyzed the Facebook of these associations from 29/12/2020 until 27/1/2021 using the Social Bakers program , and the researcher reached many results ,these sites have an impact on the puplic from their viewpoint towards the association and in terms of determining their decisions towards donation or volunteer or participate with these associations in dissolving society .
