Psychometric characteristics of the Occupational Satisfaction Scale for a sample of preschool education teachers in the Sultanate of Oman

Abstract

The study of the study in the study to the psychometric study. the study gene in the case study and the empowerment of pre-school education teachers in the Sultanate of Oman، and the Group Group knew the responses to vocabulary، and then selected the study sample consisting of 300 teachers from pre-school education teachers، They were selected randomly in a stratified manner، from different regions of the Sultanate of Oman، and to ensure the consistency of multiple methods، indicators of stability were found through the coefficient (Alpha for Kronbach)، as well as the half-segmentation، and by the half-segmentation factor (for Sperman-Brown). For honesty، it was ascertained with the formative validity of the scale، by finding correlation coefficients between each paragraph of the scale، and the dimension to which it belongs، and the exploratory global honesty of the scale was also verified، and then the performance standards for the scale were found by extracting percentile scores.

The study found that the scale has receptive psychometric properties, but 9 items were selected by factor analysis, so that the number of the scale's paragraphs is 92 items.
