The aim of the research is developing Scientific Inquiry Skills among first-grade middle school pupils by building an enrichment program using scientific stations, and to achieve this goal experimental treatment materials were prepared, which included (the enrichment program using the scientific stations and the teacher's guide) and the measurement tool, (Test of Scientific Inquiry Skills). The research followed the experimental approach with a quasi-experimental design with one group, the results of research showed that there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the students in the research group in the pre and post applications of Test of Scientific Inquiry Skills in favor of the higher average, which is the post application, and the research recommended Enriching academic subjects in the science with numerous exercises aimed at developing higher-order thinking skills. And holding training courses for science teachers to develop their abilities to use .scientific stations
