The study aims to reveal the effectiveness of a training program based on metacognitive strategies to improve the habits of mind among primary school students with learning difficulties. The sample consisted of (40) male and female primary school pupils with learning difficulties, and the group was divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The Diagnostic Assessment Scale for Learning Difficulties to Read (Prepared / Fathi Mostafa Al-Zayat, 2007 AD). Scale of habits of mind for students with learning difficulties reading (preparation / researcher). A training program based on metacognitive strategies to improve the habits of mind for elementary school students with reading difficulties (preparation / researcher). Results indicate the following: The effectiveness of a training program based on metacognitive strategies to improve the habits of mind among primary school students with learning difficulties, And continuation The effectiveness of a training program based on metacognitive strategies to improve the habits of mind among primary school students with learning difficulties.The interest of researchers in the field of learning difficulties has increased since the beginning of the last two decades of the last century in studying social interaction among individuals with learning difficulties, based on the theoretical basis that individuals with learning disabilities possess an appropriate level of necessary skills - as appropriate work habits, positive communication skills, and commitment.
