The Middle East is one of the most populated regions with political, economic and 
strategic changes. Hence the importance of the reserves of the countries of the region, without exception, for international security and authorities and the search for stability and sustainable development. That is why these countries are taking several paths to reach areas of peaceful nuclear power generation. 
Over the past decades, there has been great support around the world for this trend, and the United Nations has played a major role in this. Disarmament initially emerged as an essential component of nuclear security.. The Arab countries and Iran have signed the NPT and all Arab countries have ratified it. Israel abstained from voting on the aforementioned General Assembly resolution and refused to sign it, including an invitation to Israel to subject its nuclear installations to IAEA safeguards, or by issuing a decision to implement nuclear safeguards in the Middle East from 1992 to December 1998. Egypt presented its initiative on April 8, 1990 to make the Middle East region free from weapons of mass destruction.
