Abstract

This study deals with the rejection and rebellion of some female writers of the feminist essay in Egypt before the January 2011 revolution. Therefore, the issue of women is still among the major issues that shake Arab societies throughout the twentieth century. History tells us about the dominance of the male mentality in Arab society over the mentality of women, and their moral and physical persecution until they reached the stage of stunting and slavery. From their point of view - it does not deviate from its description of a wife, sister or mother, which reduced its effectiveness and reduced its role in a narrow environment between home and family.
The researcher found that the issue of women's political empowerment has not been closed until now. Some female writers have not been satisfied with the status of women in politics compared to the position of male control over the political situation in Egypt, despite the prominent role of Egyptian women in political life since ancient times and in their different eras.
The researcher focused on a number of political issues that occupied the largest area of female writers' attention, and their stance against them, and the various political topics that expressed the fluctuating Egyptian political scene during the study period, such as (political empowerment and maximizing their participation - rejection of election fraud and the ruling party's control of the political scene. Refusal to inherit the ruling - Refusal to extend the Emergency Law).
