Abstract

The research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a Proposed program based on the Heart intelligence to develop wise thinking skills among student teachers in the Philosophy and Sociology. The researcher used a one-group (experimental) design on (30) Student teacher in the Philosophy and Sociology at the Faculty of women. The research experimentation tools were ("A proposed program based on Heart Intelligence - Teacher's Guide - Activity Sheets for the Student teacher), and a measurement tool (the Wise Thinking Skills Test). The research tool were applied pre- and post-application to the research group, then the research data was processed statistically, and the research results resulted in the presence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.01) between the average scores of student teachers in the Philosophy and Sociology in the pre- and post-application of the overall Wise Thinking Skills Test. and each of its dimensions for the benefit of the dimensional application., and in light of the results of the research, a number of recommendations were presented, including: Emphasizing the importance of conducting in-service training courses and workshops for teachers that include training in teaching based on Heart Intelligence Theory, due to its positive and effective impact on their personal and professional lives. It also suggests instructional strategies based on the findings of heart and brain research in the teaching and learning process.
