The research dealt with of developing of proposed vision to activate the role of educational institutions in developing of street children (Children’s Villages (SOS) as a model)
The aim of the research how to know what is meaning of the educational foundations , its philosophy, targets , characteristics, functions, types, principles, structures and components. It also aimed to highlight the role of SOS Children's Villages in the development of street children. Shedding of light on the reality of the role of Children’s Villages (SOS) in developing of street children by developing of proposed vision for activating of the role of educational foundations in developing of street children (SOS) by clarifying of their most important requirements, identifying some of the obstacles and challenges that may face their implementation and developing of some mechanisms to overcome these obstacles. As well as providing some recommendations that can be taken into account when implementing of this proposed vision.
The research relied on the descriptive methodology which is based on an accurate description of what exists and its interpretation which is not limited to collecting and tabulating the data.
